I also posted my experience with East West support on their forums and it was never posted - I guess now I see why there are so many glowing reviews of the support process on their forums.

Unfortunately, because of the lack of response to my problems and time sensitivities I decided to return CCC2 and go with other options. Thought it would be helpful to know that at least they are aware of it and are working on it.

I finally initiated a Paypal dispute for a full refund and got a response the next day via the paypal resolution center that it is an issue they are aware of and they are working on it. I tried to contact technical support multiple times over a week and never got a response.

I've also had a private message with someone on the forum that experienced the same problem with his recent CCC2 purchase.

I ordered a CCC2 HD and almost every patch of every library gave the error with really no workaround. Not sure if it is related to my problem or not. Thought I would ask here since I am leaving on a vacation to the country and was excited to play with the libraries while on holiday. Libraries not working: Pianos Gold, Dark Side, Gypsy, (RA and Silk on HD) and EWQLSO Gold - gives me a different error - Load Error: Play Could not load/Volumes etc. Also Hollywood Strings and Hollywood Brass seem to work fine on the HD (I did make sure to reset the library directory when changing the libraries locations) My original RA and Silk libraries still work fine. I was successfully using Play 4.0.12 with RA and Silk which I bought and installed via DVD - The versions of RA and Silk that shipped on the CCC2 HD give the load error both from the HD and installed on my laptop HD in the same place as the DVD versions. SPECS: macbook pro 16GB of ram 2.7 ghz intel core i7 - OSX 10.8.5ĭAW - tried in ableton live 9.0.6 both au and vst and logic x - same errors. Just recently purchased CCC2 from east west and I am receiving a Load Error: Not enough input when trying to load all of the libraries except Hollywood Strings and Brass from the CCC2 HD.
